I have 2x2610 with 4xE&M. The voice quality is good, no problem but, a call can be up like 5 minutes and i hear the other side but the other side dont hear me. If there's 3 or 4 calls they last each between 30s and 2m long. Any sugestion? The CO are ALCATEL

This can be tricky to isolate so you might want to debug with Ciscos tac. I would start by checking that you have QoS set up properly to prioritize your voice packets and fragment other large packets (like file transfers, etc.).

Calls dropping after certain lengths of time usaually indicate clocking issues. Take a look at your clock/dce settings and make sure they match.

The curious thing is that when a router goes off power, after the on power the problem maintains for a week. After that it works fine. What i need is to keep both routers on power. But is strange!!
