Anyone else getting ICM support through 3rd party?

We purchased and get our support for our ICM system through another company and not through Cisco. Is there anyone else out there who does the same thing?

Hi Bill,

We also get our support through a 3rd party.

We also have ,if neccessary, have the ability to call TAC direct. Product Development also have direct links to Cisco for new services etc...

Are you having difficulties with your vendor ??
