VOIP using FXO

I have a doubt regarding Voice over IP communication.

Consider the scenarion two remote places connected through a leased circuit using 36xx series routers and i need to enable voice. will the following solution work .

The two routers will be connected over a fractional T1 line and each have a FXO card and one port connected to EPBX. Will this solution enable multiple users(connected to EPBX) to make calls simulatneously or does each voice call need to be routed through a individual FXO connection .

Please also let me know if there are any case studies available .

Each voice port can handle one call. To work around this you can install a T1 card to the 36XX to handle more. Here is a link-

Since the FXO appears to be a phone to the PBX, it can only handle one call like a phone line.
