Please describe in detail what you are trying to accomplish. I don’t see a problem with having two subnets off the outside router but you won’t be able to configure two pix interfaces as outside interfaces.
What is on the external side of the PIX? Are you trying to route these through the PIX? What type of rules are governing these subnets=vlans=elans?
