User not receiving VM from certain other users

We currently are running Unity 2.4.6.102, and a user is only receiving voicemail from a few people. The application log is generating the following error. Event id 290 A non-delivery report (reason code directory -operation unsuccessful and diagnostic code Omit any diagnostic code) is being generated for message C=WW;A=ATTMAIL;P=DOW;L=USMDLSUNTY002-010823151007Z-6026. It was originally destined for DN:/o=DOW/ou=NORTHAMERICA/cn=RECIPIENTS/cn=U372882 (recipient number 1) and was to be redirected to . {MTA DISP:RESULT 18 136} (12)
