Cisco IP Phone Productivity Services 1.1(1)

I want to install pps on a W2K Server with IIS. I have installed Outlook 2000 and I shurly have installed the CDO.

But after starting the setup an error message occur:

" ... CDO is required ..."

How can I check the installation of CDO or what I have to do to get this working?

CDO = Collaboration Data Objects

This must be installed and is part of Microsoft Office. If you run setup for Office you will see it listed I believe in the Tools section.

The solution: You must instal an english version of outlook 2000! The german version do not work!

My name's Lorenzo.

I try the english version, but it don't work!

I installed cdo pack, but when I try to install Ip productivity services there is the message "install cdo component".

I have installed win2000 server family and outlook from office 2000 english version

There are three days that I try to make it working but without results.

Any ideas?There are particular procedure to install Ip p.s.?
