Probs with Install no MWI

MWI lamps are not working. Status monitor does not show the calls going out. Have checked the following :-<br>MWI on and off codes are correct in unity and CCM.<br>Unity and CCM have both been stopped and started and rebooted.<br>There are no errors in the eventviewer.<br>When dialing from a phone the MWI codes work.<br>The SA pages shows correctly cisco calll manager 3.01 and above, and TAPI int. <br>All ports are answering. <br><br>also<br><br>When I use the record/playback from unity server I get the message :- UNKNOWN PROBLEMS ARE PREVENTING THE COMPLETION OF THE CALL.<br><br>The system is Unity 2.46 build 135, on win2000 sp2, exch5.5 runtime SP4. TAPI 1.0.0.36<br><br><br><br>
