3.0.2 and multiple call managers

Will Unity 3.0.2 support two or more call managers at the same time? The question is driven by a company with two call managers that are geographically separated, but with lots of WAN bandwidth between the offices. <br><br>

Two or more CallManagers or two or more CallManager Clusters? The answer for either is yes, but if there are two or more Clusters, CCM will have to be at 3.1.

Okay, We have gotten both CCM systems up to 3.12, and Unity is at 3.0.3.

Is there a document somewhere that describes how to configure this (2 separate CCMs...essentially two separate clusters...with a single unity server)?

Not entirely, but it's not that bad. Start with this:

Then, make sure each callmanager is configured with the same Message Waiting On (and Off) DNs.
For the TSP portion of Unity, you'll simply do steps 10 and on for each callmanager cluster.
You don't want an overlapping dialplan for this either.
