SRST Latency threshold settings

Hi,

Is there a way to configure on SRST router that if Latency is more than 300ms then switch over to failover situation and use local dial tone.

No way that I know of. It's really up to the phone to decide it is not getting responses from the CallManager, and then it will try to register with its default gateway.

If you are getting that much latency then either you are having some kind of telco circuit or WAN issues that need to be addresses, or your end to end QoS is not setup properly, or you have something wrong with the CallManagers, etc.
