upgrade path - Unix Dir to CSPM

I am currently running Unix Dir on HPUX OV. I see that HP OV 6.2 will not be supported for Unix Dir, and HPUX will not be supported in newer versions of IDS. I should be able to switch to CSPM on W2K for free shouldn't I then? Is there a special upgrade/switch part # to move from Unix Dir to CSPM? Cisco, don't leave me high and dry here.
