Voice Over IP on 1750 with IOS ver. 12.1(3)XP does not work !

I've installed the voice over IP on the 1750 router with IOS version 12.0 and it was working fine. When I tried to replicate the setup on another 1750 router but with IOS ver. 12.1(3)XP it des not work !!

Hi!

Just one tip, I already had have the same problem (I suppose, due to I can dial A to B, but B to A not work), and the cause was the different "level" of IOS, so I put the same level at all routers, you can try it. Otherwise, if its not the problem, can you explain me more details.
