i'm trying to throttle the bandiwdth useage on a cisco 805 with ios 12.0(7)T. one access list should be allowed, say 50% of the bandwidth (outgoing and incoming) while the other access list allocated the other 50%.

is this possible, and how so?

our speed is 64k and the router is used for the internet leased line.
