Hi all,
Recently, we upgraded from 3.0(9) to 3.1(2c), everything looks fine so far, but there is one problem in IP Phone 7960. When I hit the "directory" button, it shows "Host not found", usually will show "missing call", "receieved call" and "placed call". However, and then I hit "scroll button" on the IP Phone, it shows "missing call", "receieved call" and "placed call".
Is there anyone call fix this problem without hit "scroll button" or "host not found" message??

Ken,
I got the same your behaviour. Furthermore, after I scroll the "placed call" and I make a "redial", I don't have any number on the display (7960). The number appears as soon I get the "ring out".

Hi,
I had the "Host not found" incident when in lab environment I was using DNS and the remote site did not have acces to the DNS server. So when I changed the name of the CM with its IP address in the enterpise parameters and in the name of the CM, it worked. I could see the directories from the remote site's IP Phone too. I do not know if this helps you. Check also the status messages, you may see something there.

Hi Yanna,
We use IP address for CM at the beginning, we dont use DNS for CM.
