CCM an ActiveDirectory Problem

hello everybody.

unfort. i am still having problems seeing the users in our active directory. i read all the articles here, that describe similar problems, and viewed all the online-documentation. integration via the plugin works, and the schemas are installed as well as the sub-ou "ccn". but i cannot see any users there. when i add a user from the ccm-admin, a profile is generated ( eg. for user "xy" something like "xy-profile"... ) but _NO_user. adding users manually does not make him visible to the search-function.

what am i doing wrong ??? i _need_ at least one user _asap_, so that i can start integrating our cti-platform !

thousands of thanks in advance,

gerhard

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive trouble-shooting session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.

To utilize the resources at our Technical Assistance Center, please visit http://www.cisco.com/tac and to open a case with one of our TAC engineers, visit http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen

If anyone else in the forum has some advice, please reply to this thread.

Thank you for posting.

After reading your e-mail on AD I am trying to understand were you are looking for and unable to see users? Are you trying to find your users in the phones directory or in the active directory users and computers?
