Extension Mobility http Request Error

Hi,

I have configured extension mobilty on Call manager V3.11 as per the Administration Guide and I get the Login service appear on my 7960 phone. When I try to select it, it sits there saying "Requesting" for several minutes and a message appears in the Application Log....

"%MIVR-SS_HTTP-1-UNK:Http Request Error : CAUSE = com.cisco.wfapi.WFExecutionException: java.lang.NullPointerException"

Anyone help with this. I think I must be missing something simple.

Make sure your 7960 is running release 2.3
