Call Forwarding to Mobile Phones

We have CM 3.1. and GW 3640 to PSTN. The System work properly but outgoing calls to few mobile phones become disconnected when the call is build. The CCall reach the remote side (Handy)simultaneously on the IP-phone occur busy signal. This error is not always.

Can I resolve this problem with any service parameter setting on the CM or ISDN-timer on the Gateway?

i had similar problems after an upgrade to 3.1 b/c of the T310 Service Parameter. For some reason it is not set to its default on the upgrade and you have to change TimerT310_msec* to "60000". try this.
