cisco2610 connect to pbx by e&m without ringback

I have a cisco 2610 connected to 3660 by serial line

and run voip over it.

At first call from 3660 to 2610 is right,call from the other direction can also succeed but without ringback,2610'ios is 12.0.5-xk1.

Then I upgrade ios to 12.2.2T,now only call from 2610 to 3660 is ok,the other direction can't call any more!

3660'ios is 12.2.2T
