When I span either a VLAN or Port on my 6509 and try to do a datacapture with nGenius 1.3 I get an error. Can anyone help?

What code is ruuning on this Cat6509?. Make sure that you have all the necessary RTM 1.3 pacthes installed from CCO. What RTM 1.3 patches have you installed (if any)?
