VPN Baseline config

Hi all,

I'm from Italy, I have to start a Vpn implementation,so I need your help.

I have four nodes connecting one each other.I have about 40 users per site. Every site has one file server (W2000).The clients see the servers in the other sites, but not the other clients. I'd like to use 1700 routers. I have questions about:

I have to use subinterface in the routers?

I need public ip for the servers? (one 2000 server per site)

Where can I find configuration examples?

I found many whitepapers in CCO but please help me start, i'm getting confused
