What is the process to upgrade an Exchange 5.5 environment that is connected to Unity 3.x to an Exchange 2000 environment? Is this possible without a uninstall/reinstall of Unity?

Thanks much!

Keith, in reading this document, it really doesn't specify what sort of tree structure the AD has.
I have a customer making the leap from Ex5.5 to Ex2K this weekend, and their people objects are spread over a couple of dozen OUs all under the same DC= root.
Can Unity 3.1.2 or 3.0.3 deal appropriately with this, or are all people objects expected to be under the same OU?
This customer also will upgrade from Unity 3.0.3 to Unity 3.1 at the same time. Other than the upgrade tool and the CCO files, are there any other piece/parts that are required, or suggested in keeping the existing subscriber greetings intact?
