Does anyone ever used a Cisco Archive server to record a Multicast session from Vcon videoconference box?
Is it possible? I know that IP/TV software client can decode the stream, but I don´t know if the Archive server can.

Yes you can do this. The VCON sends out SDP announcements, which can be picked up either directly with the IP/TV Viewer (via the "enable SDP listener" checkbox), or via the IP/TV Content Manager. The latter is more scalable.
So once the Content Manager "sees" the announcement, it can relay that announcement to all viewers who subscribe to that Content Manager. The viewers will see it listed in their Viewer "sessions" list, and can double-click on it. Also, you can record it using the Archive Server.
I havent tested with IP/TV 3.2 to know if any changes have been made that impact this functionality.
