hi there,
we installed a Cisco IP phone call manager solution integrated with Spectralink wireless phones and SVP, and we have a problem with voice comunication through a 64K WAN connection. I´d like to know if the Spectralink Wireless phone supports the G729 codec. i need this specific protocol to optimize the bandwith between the Headquarter and all the Stores (64K connection).
Thanks a lot,
regards

Rafael,
I do not believe there is any special config for the specralink phones to do g.729. There register with call manager as 12sp+ IP phones. All you have to do is setup the regions on call manager so that from the core site to the remote sites you will be doing g.729. If you do not know how to do this let me know and I will try to give you a brief explanation.
Thank you,

Currently SpectraLink NetLink IP is G711 with G729 coming this year.
