I want to use Unity as an autoattendant with CM 3.1.2c. The problem I'm having is that when you try and direct dial an extension at the prompt that does not have a mailbox I get, "Im sorry, I do not recognize that as a valid extension."<br><br>

Just to clarify, would this also include inside extensions?

For example extension 4050 has a VM box, but 4051 does not then an outside caller would be able to transfer to 4050 but not 4051?

It sounds like I should use the CallManager AutoAttendant for outside calls, and use Unity if I need to do any custom call handlers.
