After configuring MOH server running on CCM 3.1(2c)

i can see neither "IP voice media streaming-app" started at control serviceability center nor MOH service running on WIN 2000.

MOH is not working.

A few things to look at

Have you configured the media resource group

Have you added the MOH server to the resource group

have you assigned the MRG to the device pool

are the gateways in the device pool

have you adjusted the volume on the handset (MOH tends to be quiet)

have you reset the devices in the device pool.

I have had everything configured in a way you told BUT the "Cisco IP Voice Media Streamer" Optional Component WHICH I HAVE NOT.

Tommorow i add this component,then i let you know.
