Our routers log unusual messages and one of them crashed

Our routers CISCO 3660 ios 12.1(3) log unusual messages "ALIGN-3-TRACE:..." and "ALIGN-3-SPURIOUS" when configuring their ATM interfaces and one of them even logged a message "%LANMGR-4-NORING.." in the same situation and then crashed. No such bug is described on the www

%LANMGR-4-NORING error message is an indication of an internal software error occurrance. Contact a Cisco TAC for help.
