desktop CTI BOM/hardware requirements

Folks, can anybody point me in the right direction for a URL or other docs that explicitly state the suggested hardware/BOM for a CTI agent workstation? I know the requirements are not massive, but aside from needing Windows (obviously), I can't find any documentation on it. Please advise, and thanks.

The IPCC Planning Guide has some basics. Essentially, you're looking at a 95/98 or NTWork/2KPro machine (I'm trying to confirm XP) with 128 Mb Ram and a Pentium 233 or greater. The IPCC Planning guide is located at http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/icm/icm46/plan/index.htm
