HTTPS not functioning

We have two content switches on top of two webservers .There is a roundrobing load balancing configuration.

We were wrking fine with htttp and https access to the webserver fromthe internet while on a trial SSL certificate .

Now we have installed a permanent SSL certificate 2 years) and have started facing a problem while accessing the https.

Can anyone proovide any leads
