I have a setup with a Cisco 3620 and Cisco ACS 2.6
installed on a Windows 2000 server.
The ACS is configured for user specified callback using Windows 2000 settings.
Now the customer want to be able to cancel the
callback if needed but I can't get this to work. When I select cancel when promted for the phonenumber the line is disconneted.
Any ideas how to solve this ?

If you cancel or don't put any callback number in the window specified for callback, it will timeout and disconnect the call. Not sure how that win2k callback will work but if you don't need callback, then try to disable "callback" option on windows dialup networking client. That way callback will not be negotiated.

Make sure you have "ppp callback permit" for async users, and "no dialer callback-secure" (for DDR users); otherwise users that cancel callback will be disconnected.
