"Unity works fine, if we use a non ip-Phone, or a mobil."

By works fine, what does that mean? What was the call flow? What showed up as the calling and forwarding parties? (Open the CallViewer.exe)

"If we use a ip-phone(Cisco7960) unity didn´t regognize, for whom the call was.
Forwarding by no answer is configured on the CCM for the phone line.
The call will routed to unity, but the caller will prompted for his own pin, if he is an subscriber.
If he isn´t a subscriber, he can leave a message or got the "operator is not available at this time" message"

What was the call flow? What showed up as the calling and forwarding parties? (Open the CallViewer.exe)

Were any Unity routing rules edited or added?

Works fine:
the caller gets the mailbox, he want. The callviewer shows a routed call to unity

with ip-phone:
the callviewer shows a direct call, no forwarding partys

It´s a newly installed system, there are no callflows edited.
Only time rules, user classes, account policies are changed.

The forwarding to unity is configured at ccm, tried with the pilot nuber and with the voicemail button.

In unity is configured: Yes, Ring Subscriber's Extension and Release to Switch
