ACL Manager - Template Manager - synch template

When I modify a template it is not possible to synch the configuration.

* modify the template

* look at the "Template Device Uses"

* alle "Template Instance Valid" rows are "false"

* select "synch template on device(s)"

* -- question "Download Scenario now"

* "yes"

* download.window appears

* no device appears in the "modified devices" area

Can anybody help me?

I forget, i'm using:

- Win2000 SP1

- IE5.5 SP1

- jdk1.3.1 (installed by the cdONE-Y2002-Patch)

and

- ACL Manager 1.3 on cdONE 4th Edition with RME 3.3

Hi,

I tried reproducing the problem but could not.

Would it possible to provide some more information to help reproduce it. In particular:

1. What was the type of the template(IP/IP Ext etc.)?

2. What were its original contents?

3. Did the modification involve addition/deletion/modification of ACEs? Also what were the ACEs involved.
