Voicemail not answering

When the user is accessing voicemail, the user is asked for a password. The user enters the password and the system responses with silence. On some occasisons the system responses with a fast busy signal, before the user is asked to enter the password. It is happening system wide to all of our voicemail subscribers. What is the problem? The Unity version is 2.4 Build is 2.4.5.73. <br><br>

Not a whole lot of information here to base an assesment on... what switch are you connected to? If it's CM, what TSP version and CM version?

I'm assuming it was working before since 2.4.5 is pushing 3 years old at this point... any clues as to things that changed in your environment? Are there any errors in the application event log to go off of when you call in?
