Username recovery

Unanswered Question

I have a Cisco 2600 series, which until recently was managed by a company

who are now in receivership, and consequently I do not know the password

for this router. I have attempted a password recovery, but when I try to

"login" I enter the Username I think is correct, I get the

following message

% Login invalid.

Please can you advise.

When you use the password recovery mechanism you are not prompt for a login. Check again the password recovery procedure.
