I'm using MOH at my call manager with the default Wave files it comes with.
How can I put some MP3 files to "play" as Music on Hold???

Hi ,
Put your MP3 files in the following directory :
c:\Cisco\DropMOHAudioSourcesFileshere
After doing this , return in the Call-Manager Administration > Services> Music On Hold
Do add a new Audio MOH Source and in the field MOH audio Source file , you must see your MP3 files . After this do an insert , .....
I you have another question , don't hesitate to ask !

On which ever box you are doing the translation on the CPU may spike while it is converting the mp3 to the correct audio files. Just wanted to give you a heads up.
Hope this helps,

Hi, it's works. I can see the files there now.
But.... after do that, i'm getting the error below, for all the files, including the original one. Any Ideas??
Error: kDownloadMOHFileFailed - Download request failure.
File Name: SampleAudioSource.ULAW.wav
App ID: Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App
Cluster ID: CMGOLD-Cluster
Node ID: 192.168.100.3
Explanation: The TFTP download request failed.
Recommended Action: Validate the TFTP IP address in the database and that the file exists..

Ok, i just solve that problem. Putting the right parameter in Default TFTP MOH IP Address.
Now, there's anyway to play the source files in sequence?? Or i just can choose one to play????
