Unity 3.1(1)...When trying to listen to messages via phone thru viewmail, I get a DCOM error' "General Access Denied error from the computer (servername) when attempting to activate the server."
We can listen via soundcard but not by phone. This is a new install, not an upgrade.
Unity server is on the same domain as the exchange server, users authenticate fine.

Do you get this same error using TRAP from the AA on the client machines or is it just an issue on the VMO forms via Outloo? How about the SA on the local Unity server? What client configs are you using (OS and Outlook version)? Any error messages show up in the application event log on the Unity server when this failure occurs?

This is only via VMO. The SA works fine from a workstation. OS is WIN2K and Outlook 2000, maybe going to 3.13 will fix this?
