Help, plz, to setup Mind IPhonex with AS5350 !

Hi ALL !!!

We have MIND iPhonex 3.10.042.4

Real-time server in main window display that

gateway AS5350 connected, but over minute disconnected.

And in Status bar: Failed to parsed UDP message from 1.1.1.3 at (time)

My config is following below:
