when do i i use ip nat outside list pool command , what is the difference between the two i.e the inside & outside source-list , is it possible that only the natting for the request of port 80 can be done i.e for the browsing .Can the command be given for the same

You can not use ports on NATing but you can with access-lists.

You can use NATing if you have one public IP (outside) that you want to split to a pool of IP addresses (inside).
