I have the 350 Cisco Wireless LAN Adapter, and I tried for the first time to upgrade it's latest firmware.

In the middle of the upgrade, something happened and the upgrade process meter STOPPED and failed.

Since then I cannot use the Wireless Adapter anymore; I tried to upgrade the Wireless LAN adapter with others firmware, but I can't...

The following message appears:

Firmware upgrade failed

error writing to flash memory.

please, help me.....

Lets see if this works..Remove the 350 wireless card from the Device manager on Windows PC..After that reboot the PC..PC should recognize the 350 as "New Hardware Found" and when it ask for location of firmware, point it to the firmware that you want to upgrade to..

Also here is a link which discuss procedure for installing firmware
