Is it possible to link some User-Accounts to Administrator-Accounts? Some users should have Administrator Control with their User-Accounts.

There is really no direct link as such.

What you could do is create some admin accounts that are limited

to change some things on a particular group, and give this

admin account to the users. Unfortunately this is only done at the group

level. If you want users to be able to change their passwords

though you might need to consider installing user changeable passwords as outlined on:
