"tty Background" process on show process cpu

In the show process cpu output, there are CPU usages on the "TTY BACKGROUND" process. What event(s) would trigger this process? What is this process?

It should be whatever processes are

initiated from a tty (debug, show tech,

etc), in addition to general tty maintenance

and monitoring.


For the most part this might spike high (and

we will allow it to take alot of CPU cycles

if the router isn't doing much), but

otherwise it should be pretty low most of

the time.
