configure "login" and "no password" under line vty 0 4
eg;
line vty 0 4
login
no password

Hi,
Yes you can do that also, but if someone port scans you, port 23 still will show as being open. To disable that port from showing up in port scans, you enter the command transport input none in your line vty 0 4 config.
