What is a failed call and then marked as a failed call in the command "sh dialer" in a Cisco 800?

Is there a document describing this?

The columns are self explanatory.

failed calls means calls that we do not receive a connect

for as in, phone might ring and not picked up, call my be disconnected due to

other reason etc.

successful call are call that we actually pick up and a connect was received in a q931. even

if it disconnects after few seconds it still counted

as successful.

last DNIS, is the last called number dialed through the dialer

interface.
