6509 Native IOS command to remove VLANS across a dot1q trunk?

Unanswered Question

While trying to perform the equivalent of "clear trunk" command on the 5500 series switches on a 6509 running "native IOS" and I'm running into some issues.

IOS ver: c6sup22-dsv-mz.121-11b.E.bin"

My research indicates the following command is the equivalent and should do the trick....."switchport trunk allowed vlan 1-899,902-924,926-1005"

Command intent: Remove VLANS 900, 901, and 925 from the trunk link.

6509#

interface GigabitEthernet3/9

description Connection to vbg5505-c1t P1/1

switchport

switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q

switchport trunk allowed vlan 1-899,902-924,926-1005

switchport mode trunk

no ip address

5505#

#module 1 : 2-port 1000BaseX Supervisor IIIG

set port trap 1/1-2 enable

set port name 1/1 VBG6509-T1T-1 P3/9

set trunk 1/1 on dot1q 1-1005

end

VBG5505-C1T> (enable) sh trunk

Port Mode Encapsulation Status Native vlan

-------- ----------- ------------- ------------ -----------

1/1 on dot1q trunking 1

Port Vlans allowed on trunk

-------- ---------------------------------------------------------------------

1/1 1-1005

Port Vlans allowed and active in management domain

-------- ---------------------------------------------------------------------

1/1 1,359-361,366,370-372,380,388,900-901,925

Port Vlans in spanning tree forwarding state and not pruned

-------- ---------------------------------------------------------------------

1/1 1,359-361,366,370-372,380,388,900-901,925

As you can see, vlans 900,901, and 925 are showing up on the 5505
