When making a cable, what are the pinouts on a RJ45 ISDN30 presentation to a RJ45 E1 interface on a router?

For a straight cable, use the following:
1-1,2-2,4-4,5-5.
For a crossover cable, use the following:
1-4,2-5,4-1,2-5.
