Exchange Licensing question (Exchange Cals)

As I understand you don't need an Exchange Cal if you only use Unity as pure Voice Mail.

You do need an Exchange Cal if you use Unity as a Unified Messaging system.

But is the Exchange Cal include in the price when you buy Unity Unified Messaging or do you need Unity Licences as well as Exchange Cals ?

You don't need Exchange CALs for UM however you are on the hook for the Outlook clients for users... CALs for Outlook are not included in any of the Unity pricing.
