Help on over utilization of allocated bandwidth on Ethernet interfaces.

Please, is there any body that can help?

we are using a cisco 7507 router as an ISP to provide internet access to our customers using both the serial and ethernet interfaces on the router. The IOS on the router is Version 11.2(6)P2. I read about QoS on the cisco site but i can not get the QoS software for download. Or is there any way I can limit the bandwidth without my customers overshooting their bandwidth?

Thanks for the anticipated response.

If you can't get to the IOS images that include QoS, it is a feature you haven't paid for. Contact your Cisco rep to purchase this upgrade.

Hi, good evening.

i think you can try to apply policy-map and class-map to prioritize the bandwidth on the interfaces.

thanks.
