Dear professionals I have designed network for voice and data communication . There are two sights and these sights will be connected throug digital crossconnect . Customer requires that they will use this link for data sharing and as well as customer requires to connect its PABX on both the sights. At one sight they have Alcatel and on the other side they have Siemens PABX with E&M.

The suggested solution is as

Cisco 3640 with IP software, 64MB DRAM, 16MB Flash,

NM-1FE2W one module

WIC-1T one card

NM-2V two module

VIC-2E/M three cards (customer requirement)

VIC-2FXS one card

This whole equipment is for each side.

will it work properly or there will be any problem with siemens and alcatel PABX communication or is there any suggestion regarding this project because I am doing work on E&M for the first time.

Your Cisco design enginners (SE and Account team) should be able to go over your design and be sure it's accurate.

You will need IP Plus software on the routers. Be sure to check the memory requirements for the Plus image, you will probably need at least 32MB of Flash.
