MCS-7835 windows 2000 OS upgrade problem

I did window OS upgrade for my MCS-7835 before I upgrade call manager to version 3.2. I upgraded by win-os-upgrade.2000-1-3, but after the upgrading, the display card was not working fine, only works on color 16.And then I upgrade it to win-os-upgrade.2000-1-3spD, but the problem still keeping there.

Is there anybody met this problem before? Any body know how to fix it?

I would go into the device manager and remove the video controller and let Windows re-detect it and set it up. It looks like the display driver was corrupted or something during the upgrade. Maybe the upgrade hardware detection chose the wrong adapter.
