Does anyone currently use a softphone with authorization (long distance) codes? We seem to be having problems passing the auth code to the switch (Meridian 1)... Thanks!

try using a label like 915019058660**377382, where the first 12 digits are the telephone number and the remaining characters are the auth code.
We have this working on Meridians with MeridianLink. We have not tested on Symposium.
