Problems with Cisco IP Telephony Applications Backup

I have used the following tool: Cisco IP Telephony Applications Backup. I am trying to cancel the process of backup and in screen it appears to me the following message: Cancelling backup process. Please wait. This message has been in screen 3 days. I believe that it is because it tries to look for a service in Windows 2000 and it does not find it. As I eliminate the screen message and I finalize the process?

You're probably going to have to terminate the application and reboot (it's always best to reboot after a major software hang). It might be a bug.
