In running some diagnostics on our network, I discovered that ISL VLAN 136 protocol is supposedly running? As far as I know we are using Dot1q encapsulation vs ISL, and we do not have any VLAN's configured with the number 136. Any help would be appreciated.

Additional info - The fluke meter displays the following MAC associated with ISL VLAN 136 (3a30.343a.4331). I have not been able to find this address on our network.
